Swimming instruction is provided in our heated school pool for approximately ten weeks in both Terms 1 and 4. Lessons are conducted by the Physical Education teacher with teacher and volunteer parent helpers. (NOTE - Year 1 children swim only in Term 4).

Swimming is an integral part of the curriculum and all children are expected to participate unless medical or physical problems prevent them from doing so. Written advice is required should you not wish your child to attend.

A winter swimming program is conducted after school by the school’s Swimming Club. (www.indooroopillyswimming.org.au) Full details are available by contacting our Swimming Club officials.
