The resource centre contains the school’s collection for fiction and non-fiction books, videos, posters, reference books, teacher reference materials and curriculum materials. In 2003 the resource centre was upgraded to include 12 x Pentium 4 personal computers to encourage small groups to conduct research through the world wide web. New shelving, furniture and paintwork were all exciting contributions to this upgrade. A full time teacher librarian and part time aide co-ordinate the collection and conduct lessons in research skills for whole class and small groups. The resource centre is available for students and parents to borrow materials before and after school hours, lunchtimes and at other times by appointment. A digital camera, video camera, television/ video and overhead projector are all available for borrowing by class groups to support the teaching/learning programs.

At lunchtimes enter if you dare! Students are welcome to play a range of boardgames, conduct research or just snuggle up on a cushion and read a book.
